Hi Chris,
I'm sure the 13124 Dial does have a slot at the 3 O'Clock position for the lever yes? Its just not noticable in the photo. Thanks much, Mark B.

At this time, the 13124 dial does not include a slot for the chime/silence lever. I am not certain if it was supposed to include one, however I do know that it can be used without. Simply access the chime selection and/or chime lever behind the clock face (with the door assembly open). This manner of chime selection was actually prevalent on clocks from the 19th century (although some also included a brass rod which was attached to the lever - which would hang down below the dial and allow easier access to the chime features).
