30 day Waterbury movement size

I have a 52 inch c1896 Waterbury Kendall case without a movement . I have a 30 day double spring movement that i wanted to use to restore the clock,which all my research shows as what this clock came with,but 3 of the 5 screw holes dont line up.They are off by over 1 inch. My movement is a shorter drop mvt from a box clock,but i can change the escape wheel to fix that. My question is,did they make a different 30 day movement for the large regulator case or were the feet just in a different location? Any one have a 30 day regulator? Paul
