Looks like a relatively newer clock, so probably not worth much money.

Tempus Fugit simply means "Time Flies", and really has no more importantance than that. These types of faces are used on floor/wall clocks (such as this one) when a moving moon dial face is not used.
There is generally not a whole lot of value for clocks made within the last 50 years or so, but you could always check with local antiquity dealers. You will want to try to find any information about the actual case manufacturer (if this info is available). Prominent clock makers usually put this info on a card attached to the clock case (possible the back panel), or sometimes stamped or burned onto a wood surface. Knowing the manufacturer will help to determine if this clock assembly has any value.
