5 to Issues

I have a 30 day wind up clock, with a pendulum. It is supposed to chime out the hour on count and 1 time for the half hour. It has been wound and when it gets to the 5 to the hour and 25 after the hour and stops the clock. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

there is a warning mechanism that operates at these times you said. there is an fault and needs a service
