Post subject: A VISIBLE Question about an old wall gong clock
Hallo! I'm a new owner of vintage (20's-30's) gong wall clock, but I don't know nothing about it. I've got it from my grandparents house (they are all together rest in peace few months ago). The only thing I know is that my grandfather has bought those clock from a Jewish, wich is surviving due the war from the germans. The clock is in condition, but I want to know the history of this clock (I want to hang it on the wall of my flat in Sofia (Bulgaria) but I will be please for your knowlage of those clock)
IMPORTANT: Iside the case of the clock: low down side the clock has a metal plate with insignia 'II I 'up arrow' I II'. On the mechanism has a title: 'Kloster Glocken', lower on the mechanism 'Gong', and lowest 'Ges Gesch'
My questions are:
1. Wich is the manifaturer of those wall clock?
2. Wich time (years) is the clock dated from?
3. How many examples were manifatured?
I'll be thankfull to have your answers! Thanks!

Now my first post is visible! I'm waiting for your answers, please!
Later today, I'll paste some pix of those clock.
I registered there, but I'm afraid that my clock is not the same like those on the pix from your link... Just similar, a little bit...
I don't know why I have so many problems on posting pix here...

Try posting pics on a free site (like Flicker). From there, simply post the link to the photos under this forum entry. Unfortunately, I do not know how to imbed photos directly into a forum message.
