Hi, I got for repair a Hermle triple chime movement with floating balance. No model number stamped, just FHS logo.
Customer said the clock was not running full week and it was a little fast. On fast testing before servicing the clock I confirmed customer complaints.

I cleaned the movement and adjusted the anchor and balance: the anchor fork was not perfectly centered and balance wasn't floating - it was touching the bottom of assembly because the first turn of hairspring was a little bent down.

After this the clock is running 8 days as expected. Balance wheel turns more than 360° as should be. But after service clock is losing a lot of time a day.
I already turned the regulating weights on the balance wheel all + way but it is still losing a few minutes a day.

What else can I do for adjust it?
