Adjust Speed Tochigi Tokei AA Battery?

I have numerous clocks with Tochigi Tokei AA battery movements. I cannot find any adjustment lever on them and most of them run either fast or slow. How do you adjust them ?

quartz clock's do not have a slow/fast lever, as time is controlled electronically. When acting erractically, you just replace them.
