Angelus brass weather station inquiry

I just got an Angelus Weather Station Brass . I wonder if anyone has any info on it. I looked all over the internet and could not find one like it. It is shaped like a lamp post I (not the lighthouse style) and hygrometer, barometer, clock and a thermometer. The watch still works. It weighs about 4 or 5 pounds. Any help or guidance is appreciated. Thank you. Hubby says it looks more like a "town square clock"

While we do not have info specific to the Angelus, I could provide information that may possibly apply to the Hygrometer and Barometer (providing they are not digital). Most "analog" hygrometers and barometers are the same in regard to calibration and reading.
