Post subject: Antique Grandfather clock not striking some chimes
There are six chimes on my grandfather clock. The strikers are triggered by pins on a music box like wheel. Two of the strickers are miss-aligned with the pins and don't ring the corresponding chime. How can I fix this? Thanks. You have been so helpful in the past.

more of a problem than just adjusting methinks.
Something has made the hammers or pin barrel move out of alignment and most likely cause is wear and tear!
i think you need a pro to look at it and it's well worth repairing as it looks rare and nice.
