Atomic clock setting

I purchased an Atomic clock movement, #14136. There were no instructions with it so it took a little time to get it started. It went through the setup process and set the time overnight. However, comparing to another digital Atomic clock I have, it sets itself 5 minutes fast. Because the minute hand is keyed, I cannot adjust it by just moving the minute hand back, it resets 5 minutes fast agin the next night.

What do I do now? Thanks...
