The best Klockit can do with quartz movement thickness is 5/8". This would include standard (non-pendulum/non-chiming) quartz movements (example: #10043). There may be an option if the clock face should happen to be attached to a board (commonly referred to as a dial board). This option would involve counter-boring the rear mounting surface by 1/8" to inset the movement. This would require (at least) a 3" diameter counter-bore (which can be machined with a forstner bit or with a router and shop-made template). Keep in mind that this option would depend on whether or not the case construction can accommodate a 1/8" depth counter-bore (also pending whether or not you will want to perform this modification on an antique assembly).
