i been picking up a few bird and leaf clocks off ebay for a decent price. Are they just throw away clocks or are they worth fixing? the one's i'm buying are rather small. 8 inches high by 6 inches wide. somewhere around there. anyway. The one i bought needed new bellows and i put them on myself and the clock worked great for about 14 hours. Kept good time, cuckoo'd on the correct hour and half our. Now it just won't tick anymore. I oiled the bushings and let them soak for a while and it still won't run. any advice?

unfortunately 99.99% of clocks bouhgt second hand needs servicing properly.
