Can anyone identify this clock movement?

I cant find any markings on this movement at all. Can any of you identify it? It appears to have been attached to the chime via those long metal pieces. Any help with the age and maker would be appreciated. I found this at a rummage sale for $1 and figured it was neat.

It's a electric Westminster chime movement made by the New Haven Clock Co. Probably @ c. 1930's
