Can anyone tell me something about this clock?

When i found this clock it was covered by two inches of dust. I carefully cleaned it up with a brush as much as i could.

On the back of the clock i found two seals:
"Gustav Becker"'s and a "Medallie D'or" seals.

Its all wood and has 1weight.
