Can someone help with an Elgin?

I have a tiny little Elgin clock, about 2-3" tall, that's gold and a pot of sunflowers. It isn't working...and I can't find anything on how to open it/fix it. Anyone know any info such as year made, worth, and how to open it? Thanks for reading! here is a pic:

I can not see the photo, to take a guess the back should come off with a small screwdriver, look for a small groove and pry the back off,you can then replace the battery.

I can't find any screws-so just try to pop the front off? Can you see this photo?
