To the best of my awareness, the term "Mora" clock is used to describe a style of floor clock which was originally designed and developed in a region/town of Scandinavia with the same name (Mora). Typically Mora clocks are Grandfather (or floor clock) assemblies. I have not come across any Swedish Mora clock which were wall clock assemblies (but admit that I am not the most experienced). The style of clock from your link post would actually be considered a Banjo-style wall clock. Here is a link with information about Banjo Style wall clocks...
As far as identifying the clock you are interested in, you would want to see if the clock has any certificate on the back of the case that would identify the maker and year of manufacture. The movement may also hold some clues as to the manufacturer (however this could also be hit or miss - and would also heavily depend on whether or not the clock still housed the original movement). Original antique banjo clocks are valued anywhere between $200 and $5,000 depending on condition, manufacturer, etc.

Nice banjo clock.
You can get one with a balance wheel type movement pretty cheap.I prefer a regular type movement with a pendulum.I have a New Haven Waring model time and strike and i like it very much.
