Clock Handels show 5 hours ahead of normal time

Somebody advanced the time on the clock 5 hours without stopping
on the quarterly hours. Pendulum was not swinging, not running.
Can the time be reversed by turning the big Handel back this 5 hours ?
Pendulum not swinging, not running ?
Or what can I do ??

you can move the hour hand backwards.
