I recently ordered two high torques c battery movements. However we do not like the hands and want to raplce them The movement is a model MVT212HT. There is no information on the diameter of the hands on your selection pages. How can I determine the correct hands?

Different movement manufacturers may have different hand requirements. For example, Klockit sells quartz movements that can use push on hands. However, the hands that can be used with standard quartz movements can not be used with a movement that requires push-on hands (and vise-versa). High torque hands that we carry are referred to as "I" shaft mount hands - that is the minute (larger) hand has an oval center mounting shaft (rather than circular which would be indicative of push on hands). We had carried a high torque (C-cell) movement a while back, but I believe it was discontinued. I do know that this particular movement required push on hands. Unfortunately, there are no longer movements in stock for me to check hand shaft diameter. The only other recommendation I can make is to experiment with trial and error…
