I, too have a 1984 FHS with the 340-020 movement. I see a plus sign and a minus sign, but am not sure what to adjust to make it run a little faster. It's about 7 minutes slow every 24 hours. Thanks for your help.

There should be a regulating screw near the +/- sign (beside the balance spring). One full turn of this screw should equal about 60-80 seconds in a 24 hour period. If the clock is loosing time, turn the screw in the + (positive) direction. If the clock is gaining time, turn the screw in the - (minus) direction. Always allow 24 hours of clock operation in between each adjustment. This way, you can see if further adjustment is required (based on any time gain or loss after a 24 hour period). This adjustment process may take a couple of days before you see any results. Also keep in mind that you can contact one of Klockit's mechanical technicians if you should have further questions or concerns.
