Is there any clock conspiracies or traditions when giving someone a watch?
I bought a clock for my wifes uncle who is a history guru and he's pays attention to little things. (Very smart guy) I bought a hand held pocket (or nautical) watch for him which when I give it to him will be off. Is there a certain time that you can set it on (tradition)? I think he would be tickled if there was another meaning to it.

Thanks
Jon

I have not heard any traditions but it is always nice to give him it working.

Cheers

You could always buy him a clock that has a story behind it.
