Post subject: Clock with Pendulum
the old movement had two batteries at the top and one across the bottom. I assume the two at the top for the clock and the one at the bottom for the pendulum. It would not keep time so had a new movement put in that only has two batteries and now the pendulum will only work for 15 or 20 minutes at a time before not swinging back and forth any longer. HELP. Thanks.

most battery pendulum movements only have 1 battery for the clock, and the pendulum swings on a pivot by inertia. Unless you have a battery operated pendulum unit.
can you provide pictures of the movement or brand?
