Does anybody have any info on this clock?

I bought this clock from a Goodwill store about 10 years ago.Not sure if it works or not i have had it hanging on my wall since i first got it and it hasn't moved since it looks complete and in nice shape but i don't know much about clocks. I have yet to see another one like it. Does anyone know the age or value of it? Thanks

possibly 1970's . very nice quality. around £150 but in working order.
