Post subject: Enfiield Clock
I have a very old wooden mantel clock handed down from my grandfather who passed away years ago. I am wondering who the maker of the clock is. It looks identical to an Enfield Clock I have seen advertised, both in the wooden casing and markings, the clock face and the mechanism in the door at the back. However, my clock only has a half moon symbol with a letter E in the middle of it on the mechanism in the back of the clock. I can't see any other writing inside or outside. Could thisl be an Enfield Clock Co clock, does anybody know? p.s. it has no key to wind it up, would anyone know where to get a key?

GREETINGS PATRICIA, YOUR CLOCK WAS MADE IN FURTWANGEN GERMANY, THE COMPANY WAS BADISCHE UHERNFABRIK ABOUT 1910, 1920. I HAVE A LOT OF KEYS BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE THE WINDING ARBOR MEASURED TO GET THE CORRECT KEY. IT IS NO DOUBT A #8 OR #10 KEY. HAVE A GOOD DAY. EDDIE
