Post subject: Ethan Allen Calendar Clock
Hello all,
I have an Ethan Allen calendar clock and I’m having a problem with the calendar. The day hand on the calendar is advancing an hour early. So instead of advancing at midnight to the next day it advances at 11 pm.
I looked at how the mechanism works and there is a long rod that goes down to the calendar movement. I can see a small collar with a screw attached to the rod. I’m assuming that I can make a small adjustment up or down the rod at this collar. Is this where I make the adjustment or is the adjustment made elsewhere?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Honestly, seems like a minor problem, best left alone.
Mechanical clocks are not about absolute precision.
