FHT

Hi, I have recently been given an old mantle clock, which is in good condition and works well, it has the initials FHT within an oval ingraved on the back movement, and also PROVAT 10076/34.
I am guessing that this may be a sort of pre patent mark maybe 1934 !! ( wild guess really). It has a westminster chime different for each quarter hour and a full count for each hour.
Would anyone happen to know what the make is, there appear to be no other markings on the works or the case.
Its a grand clock with very mellow chime.
