Post subject: Finding a replacement
I received a desk clock as a gift, and while the second hand goes around just fine the minute and hour hands don't move unless I turn the time set knob.
This is from a company called "The Memory Company."
The insert seems to be an odd size. The overall diameter of the front bezel is 2-15/16" The 2-3/4" inserts are too small, and the 3-1/2" ones are too big. So I took the back off and find a rectangular shaped movement with "T88" as the only indication of make or model. It is an alarm movement with on AA battery. The movement is 2-3/16W by 2-1/16H by 3/4D.
Anyone have any thoughts on where to find a replacement.
