Foreign Language/Voice Recorded Audio Clock/Watch

Greetings,

I have a a blind, elderly family member who only speaks the Khmer(Cambodian) language, and no English at all. She is currently in the nursing home, and the only thing to entertain her during the day are her audio tapes and a watch which tells her the time when she clicks a button, which she is very obsessive about knowing at all times However, this clock says it in English, and in her old age she is having a very hard time remembering the English and understanding it.

My question is, does anyone know of a clock/watch out there which can audio report time based on voice recordings of the hours/minutes? I am finding absolutely no options for a Khmer clock such as this, but I can record the voice myself if such a thing exists. Im not sure if this is a good forum to ask, but Im not having much luck in my search.
