You don't say if this is a recent development or not. The usual cause of a clock slowing down, other than the regulating nut on the pendulum having been changed, is the need for cleaning and lubrication. As a starting point you could oil the clock pivots with a good grade of clock oil to see if that cures the problem (NOTE: Clock oil does not include WD40 or any other so called miracle lube. It means exactly that...CLOCK OIL! Only the pivots need oiling, not the gears. )
If there is no significant improvement after that operation, then the problem requires further investigation and its probably time to call upon a clock repair technician.

Clock parts suppliers stock clock oil often in smaller quantities or needle type oilers. However, suppliers may only be located in a larger town or city. It depends on where you are located. Many firms offer mail order service if you are not in the immediate area.
Klockit offers oiler kits and needle type oilers. Look under accessories.
