Could anyone please give me the pros and cons between the two main cable - driven, nine tube movements.

The very best clock movement made today is the Kieninger 9 Tube HTU. This one will never wear out or need to be replaced. Unless catastrophic incident.
The Hermle is made of thinner plate brass and has no jewels or bronze bushings.
I replace the old URGOS 9 tubes in High end cases with the HTU.
