Grandfather Closk-Hands stuck at 10 to 2

Since my grandfather clock was moved recently-the hands are now stuck-with the HOUR hand on 2 and the MINUTE hand on 10 i.e. the ten to two time.

If I try to reset it- sometimes the minute hand will drop back 10 minutes or so-but still gets stuck again when it gets to the 10 to 2 position.

Its like "something needs tightening"-but I don`t know what!

Anyone got any ideas?
