Heller Quartz movement 993

Hey, just bought this Anniversary style clock from someone, put in the battery works like beauty. The only issue are the Pendulum balls, I flick it in one direction fully and leave it (I can see the spring getting wind up from the back) the Pendulum goes in both directions slowly and slowly for maybe 20 mins or so and then dead, it stops moving, untill I notice and give it another flick and the story continues, the click in the mean time is working absolutely fine and accurate.

Would appreciate any help....please.
