Help identifying a Clock

I am having trouble identifying a clock I am thinking of purchasing. It is stamped
H_Pickard & AD. Punant with the numbers 930, Paris. I cannot find any reference on this company. I can find a Pickard of Paris but there is little information on the web that I can find.
