Help me to Identify the clock

Hi there,
Recently I bought this clock and serviced, its working fine. I am not sure about the make. From the clock smith I came to know it is a German made but not sure about the company. Kindly help me to identify the company and the probable year/style. Is this the Original dial? I suspect it might have been repainted.

It looks like it would date to the early 1920's. The style in some ways looks to be Art and Crafts, but also appears to have some Art Deco influence.
