Help needed with restoration of a gear in an old play box.

I'm from Norway and I need some help/hints on where I could find someone that can make a new gear for an old play/musicbox that my grandpa has (I could send some photos on how it looks). It's a small gear, about 12mm in diameter and it have an 16-17mm shaft with another gear (even smaller) connected to the 12mm gear.
The 12mm gear looks like a disc, the other one is wider (about 5-6 mm)..

Ahh... Not easy to explain and my english is not that technical eiter...

I've checked here in Norway, but without luck.

I'd be really greatfull if someone here can help us out. It would mean a lot!
