Help on Ship Clock

Hi there,

i have a ship style clock here, but i cant find any brand. Does anybody know the brand or value of it? I have attached some pictures, but the engravement in the inside of the clock is not clear it says:

(SHIPS WHEEL)
TO REGULATE
MADE IN ENGLAND
MOVE THE DUST SHUTTER
REGULATOR LEVER IS DISCLOSED IN SLOT.
IF CLOCK LOSE MOVE LEVER TOWARDS
'F'
AND VICE VERSA.
TO SET HANDS PULL
WINDER AND TURN.
