Help please with Clock

I know absolutely nothing about clocks. An older lady gave me a pretty Welby key wind clock. I'm having a difficult time finding anything about Welby clocks. Can someone tell me anything about the company, dates or anything? I looked on eBay and saw some that appear to be from the 1960's or 70's but this one looks much older. Any info you can give me would really help.
