Need help......I purchase the Bim-Bam movement with pendulum. Instructions that came with the movement does not state how to make the pendulum move and yes I do have the battery installed. Any and all help would greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Terry

On battery operated units, the pendulum actually functions independently from the clock motor and is simply for show. Once the movement battery is installed, gently pull the pendulum to one side and let it go. From that point forward, it should continue to swing on its own. Make certain the battery is new - and make certain the clock case, and mounted quartz movement, are level. If you should continue to experience problems, please feel free to contact us directly (via phone or e-mail).

Some movements come with a pin inserted to prevent damage during shipment. Make sure that this isn't the case.
