Cannot help you with the clock but use a site like www.imageshack.us to upload your photos - then use the Img to enter the link to the specific picture in imageshack

The Kundo 400 day or sometimes called an "Anniversary" clock is typical of the 400 day movements. The Pendulum balls should be suspended on a very fine and very fragile spring from the top of the mechanism. That spring is probably broken or missing, hence the balls being "out of the holder". I am not sure of your descriptive terms but posting some clear photos would surely help in maybe narrowing down its age. As far as fixing the mechanism is concerned, I would definitely advise you taking it to a qualified clocksmith or repair person for a cleaning and probably replacement of the suspension spring for starters.
