Hermle movement does the wrong melodies

I have a brand new movement that i just got a month ago and now all of a sudden it does the wrong melody when it chimes. For example, if its 1045 it does the 1030 melody or if its 11 it does the 1045 melody. this just started happening today. what do i do? its still under warranty

You could try to remove the minute hand (longer hand) and re-mount it to the corresponding time/chime. In other words, if the movement chimes at 11:00 with the 10:45 melody, remove the hand and re-mount it so that it is pointing to the 3/4 hour (10:45). Allow the clock to run to make certain this has fixed the problem.
