How to launch TIMER?

My watch : PW035, you probably don't know that one.
I own it for a couple of months.

Is there a TIMER in my watch? If yes, how to launch it? What does the SP and LP stand for? I guess SP is a stoper, what is LP then ? Also, what is the CH ?

Well, watches are not my specialty. But I think the CH has to do with the "change mode" function which would switch the watch into 24-hr mode (a la military time - 16:00 hours = 4:00pm). Also, does this watch have a recording function? I know SP & LP are recording modes for media (VCR, DAT players, etc.) and I have heard of wristwatches with voice recorders. I think LP allows for more record time. Don't know if this applies, but that's about as much as I can tell you. Hope this helps...
