how to use the trigger movement?

Hi, I am designing a clock for a class, and I need to use the trigger movement in order to move a motor on the hour, every hour. For this, I am going to use a trigger movement and hook up the two wires to a microcontroller. The problem is that I don't have instructions or a datasheet for how to hook this thing up. Could anyone answer any of the following questions? Thanks in advance!

QUESTIONS:

(1) What is the signal that I should expect at the start of each hour? What is the signal that I should expect at all other times?
(2) Which lead it ground and which is the trigger?
(3) Is there a way to trigger the mechanism manually for testing?
