Howard Miller Chime Problem

Chimes keep playing over and over again.....found tiny screw at base of clock...which may be the problem however cant find its origin. any ideas... clock is 15 years old...never been serviced except my occasioan wd 40 sprays.

you are hurting your clock by spraying it with WD-40. WD-40 is not the proper lubricant, and will make your clock wear out faster.
