The Clock is about 7 years old and works absolutely fine on its own (with the Cuckoo sound off) . However, if i have the Clock to Cuckoo, the Pendulum stops exactly at the same place.. 5 Mins to an Hour.
Can you please advise?

When you engage the strike mechanism it lifts a lever at 5 mins to the hour.
Obviously this is jamming up and stopping the clock.
