I have a Welch-Sessions mantle clock. I have cleaned, oiled, repaired gears, and restored the case. It has been a blast. I noticed when trying to raise and lower the pendulum the part where the small key fits to advance or retard the time is missing. I can rotate the gear with my finger to raise and lower it but I would like to find a replacement for it. I think it would look like a straight shaft with a small gear on the very end. Can someone help?

there is no specific name for it and you probably won't be able to buy it. it would have to be made.
