Identify modern glass wall clock with painting of a bus

I found it at a Value Village in Bellingham, Washington for 6 bucks. Right next to it was a clock of identical style, but had a city only in grey on a black background. I was wondering who the artist is or even if you know of any similar clocks out there or websites with cool modern clocks like this.
