Klockit sells an 1151-050H Hermle movement. The Klockit stock number would be #13045. This would be a Grandmother triple chime mechnical movement. You can always contact Klockit for a copy of the instruction manual (#13045A).
The clock will not need to be wound, however the weights need to be raised every 7-8 days to serve as winding. Typically, one side of the clock chain will be attached to a weight. The other side will wrap around a gear/sprocket (for lack of better term) and hang down beside the weight. This is the side that you would pull down to "wind" the movement.
In regard to age - the info supplied does not seem to indicate any age. I know that (at one time) Hermle used to supply a letter notation that would inidcate year of manufacture. I do believe that they have ceased to do this in the last few years. Keep checking back to your post, however, as there are forum patrons who have much more experience with determining this sort of thing than I.
