Ingraham METEOR Mantel Clock Pendulum stops after 1 minute

After starting my pendulum on a level surface, the pendulum stops. I have tried the fastest and slowest settings, but don't know what to do next. I posted a video of the movement here:

Any ideas on what to try. This movement is dated 9 27

Listen to your clock as it runs. If the ticks sound steady, that is, even ticks left and right, it is "in beat". If it ticks unsteadily, it is "out of beat". It must be in beat or it will stop. To set the beat, you must bend the wire (crutch) slightly until the beat is steady. Try bending it slightly in one direction, and then listen to the tick. If it is worse, bend it the opposite direction. Continue until it is even. The adjustment you made only sets the speed (fast/slow)
