Post subject: JAUCH 77 CHIMING PROBLEM
I have restored a Jauch 77 in a Emperor grandmother clock. It is been reinstalled in the clock and working well except---at 1:07 the clock chimes 11 times. The chime sequence is right for both the Westminster and hours. Any ideas why this happens and what to do to fix it? Thanks

No obvious reason i'm afraid - lots more info needed. study it carefully.
Only thing i can think of is the rack is drooping past the snail instaed of landing on it.

Thanks. The clock works perfectly. I guess I will take it out of the case and redo it all again.
