As far as I've been able to learn, the Jauch firm (Erhard or Heinz) was located in Schwenningen Germany. They went out of business in the 1980's. Since parts are becoming difficult, if not impossible, to find now clock suppliers have conversion charts to replace Jauch clock movement models with another manufacturer's movements.

I just found this site, I am a clock repair professional. I have a lot of parts factory fresh (new old stock) from the Jauch factory. The big plate jauch movements are very much repairable instead of replacement. There is very little made today as good as these were.

I am looking for a platform escapement for 8 day wesrminster chime movement, running at 18,000 BPM . The movement is in a Tambour case mantle clock. I broke a pivot on the balance wheel. The clock belongs to a customer. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to this, so I'm not sure if I'm getting this to the right person (looking for the Jauch platform balance wheel). It just so happens that I am looking for a platform balance for a Juach movement stamped "76" because the pins on the fork are toast. If you have received any info about how to get balance completes for Jauch movement, I would gratefuly thank you for that info.

I have a jauch clock that needs a part. It is the 2nd wheel in the time train. The movement is marked 61 cm PL. It is spring driven. Can anyone help finding this part?
