Jauch Westminster Chime

I have an Emperor grandmother with Jauch chain drive Westminster movement.

I recently removed the mechanism to lubricate one of the ratchet fingers on tthe Westminster drive gear.

After reinstalling the mechanism, the chimes are out of sequence. On the hour the last 2 notes do not play (hour strike OK). The missing notes show up on the quarter hour and are the first 2 played.

I don't know what I did, but can I just loosen the set screw on the drive gear to the Westminster barrel and compensate or did I mess something up that requires more attention ?
